Bruce Simon is 50 years old and a graduate of Michigan State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Bruce has been a licensed real estate agent since 1977 and a broker since 1982. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1988, he owned and operated his own real estate firm for over five (5) years in Lansing, Michigan. With Michael Lippitt, Bruce left Coldwell Banker in 1989 to become a partner and owner of Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. He continues to successfully represent numerous retail chains while handling well qualified leasing and sale assignments.

Michael Lippitt is 49 years old and a 1983 graduate of the University of Michigan, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. Michael also has a Juris Doctor Degree of Law from Wayne State University and passed the Michigan Bar Examination in 1986. At that time, he began his retail brokerage career at Coldwell Banker Commercial, quickly becoming a top producer. With Bruce Simon, Michael formed Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1989 continuing his reputation for handling high profile tenant representation and leasing agencies.

Bradley Rosenberg is 52 years old and has attended Michigan State University and Wayne State University. After working as an accountant for 10 years, Brad entered the commercial real estate field in 1985. Formerly a top salesman with LaKritz-Weber & Company, Brad joined Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. as a partner in 1998. He has evolved into a specialist representing restaurants, fashion and freestanding users for leasing, acquisition and secondary use of properties. Brad is an ICSC Michigan State Committee Member and has chaired many ICSC Committee functions. He is well versed in city codes and is often called upon to see the deal "all the way through" the municipal code process.

Greg Mallory is 51 years old and a graduate of Michigan State University, completing a dual major program in Communications and General Business, with a minor in Psychology. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 1985 and a broker since 1992. Greg joined Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. in the Fall of 2001 after over 16 years with Ludwig and Karas, Inc., the last 8 years of which he was a Principal and Vice President of Leasing. In 2001 he was honored as the Business Person of the Year by the Greater West Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce for his professional and civic contributions and served as the President of the Executive Board of the Chamber from 2001 to 2003. In retail real estate circles, Greg is widely known and well respected, having represented many national and regional chains as well as the market's top developers.

Richard Shlom is 50 years old and a graduate of Wayne State University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. He was a member of Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1988 and worked within its highly successful retail group. He then joined the Taubman Company in 1990 and handled national accounts, completing multiple transactions in Taubman Regional Malls throughout the United States. Rick joined the Landmark team in 1993 and is a partner. He continues to handle national, regional and local retail accounts and listings throughout Detroit and other strategic out markets in Michigan.

John Kello, 42, is a graduate of the University of Detroit with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. John joined Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1999 after several years with Schostak Brothers & Company. John, a partner at Landmark, has a proven track record of success working tenant representation assignments for several regional and national retailers.  John specializes in retail investment sales in the Midwest and Southeast representing Pension Funds, REITs and Individual Investors and has been involved in other property types including flex, office and vacant land.  John's ability to match a property with the right purchaser has proven successful for his various clients.

David Hesano is 33 years old and a 1998 graduate of Western Michigan University. Thereafter, David was employed as a commercial pilot and concurrently pursued entrepreneurial ventures. He began his real estate career in 2000 with Grubb & Ellis as an advisor in the retail division. In 2002, David joined Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. David rapidly established himself as an effective real estate consultant and representative for multiple retail and banking chains. His experience includes power center leasing, retailer market rollouts, land acquisitions, and the disposition of single-tenant and shopping center properties.

Kevin Baker is 27 years old and attended Michigan State University where he studied finance. Kevin began his real estate career in 2001 when he founded Baker Real Estate Holdings, specializing in student rental properties. Thereafter, Kevin joined Griffin Properties as a commercial real estate salesperson concentrating on retail transactions. In 2005, Kevin joined Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. as a Sales Associate. Kevin is ambitious and hard working and has had immediate success representing both landlords and tenants in leasing and site selection.

Cynthia Kratchman joined Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. as an Associate Broker in 2006 bringing to Landmark over 20 years of retail brokerage experience. Cynthia has diverse skills with a successful track record in national tenant representation, surplus/distribution work, high profile listing assignments and land and investment sales. She has a Masters degree from Wayne State University and many professional affiliations, including her present responsibilities as a member of the Economic Policy & Alliance Subcommittees of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Cynthia has excellent national contacts while maintaining an impressive knowledge of local markets.

Michelle Marcinko is 36 years old and a graduate of Davenport University, with a Business Administration Degree. In 1995, Michelle joined Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. as an Office Manager and Administrator. In 1998, she attained her Real Estate Sales Associate license. Melissa Williams is 26 years old and joined Landmark in 2003 as an Administrative Marketing Assistant and Notary Public. She is responsible for marketing, mapping, packaging, demography and computer related graphics. Melissa is involved in all aspects of packaging "site" information for presentation to our clients and has recently attained her Real Estate Sales Associate license. She is hard working, friendly and efficient and an invaluable member of the Landmark team.
